Chris Wiley

President and CEO of WH2 Properties, Chris Wiley, is an Atlanta-based entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry and over 15 years of real estate investment and property ownership experience.

Career

He began his career in the restaurant business in the mid-1980s and has spent decades operating and developing restaurant concepts across the Atlanta area. Chris is the co-founder of OZ Pizza, a brand that has operated multiple locations throughout metro Atlanta over the years, including in Douglasville, Fayetteville, Decatur, East Point, and Fairburn. In addition to operating OZ Pizza locations, Chris has also worked as a consultant for several restaurant businesses in the Atlanta area.

Investing

Chris began investing in residential real estate in 2009 and expanded into commercial real estate ownership in 2014. Through WH2 Properties, he has acquired and managed a range of investment properties across the south Atlanta area. Current investments include properties located in Fairburn,Union City, East Point, and other parts of metro Atlanta. Chris has also been actively involved in the Fairburn business community, serving four years on the Fairburn Downtown Development Authority, where he worked with city leaders and local stakeholders.

Youth & Community Development

Chris served as the catalyst and driving force behind the development of the East Point StationSoccer field, a vibrant community project in the heart of downtown. Recognizing the potential to transform unused urban space, he initiated a three-tier public-private-nonprofit partnership uniting local government, regional transit authorities, and the community. Today, this thriving pitch—located directly across from the East Point MARTA station and adjacent to Oz Pizza—creates a unique intersection of youth development, community engagement, and local commerce.

Life Outside Work

Outside of work, Chris enjoys mountain biking, trail running, traveling with his family, playing adult league soccer, reading, and continuously learning. He has been married to his wife Jennifer for 26 years, and together they have three children: Noah, Caleb, and Zuri.
